Mr. Schuler opened the Title Insurance and Closing Company with the goal of making real estate matters simpler for his clients. With experience in real estate law, corporate transactions, business sales, and much more, each engagement will benefit from our expertise. Timothy C. Schuler, Esq.
Board Certified Real Estate Attorney
Mr. Schuler is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate Law. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, moved to Baltimore Maryland at age 10, then returned to the University of Dayton (OH) for his undergraduate degree in Political Science, and then after 5 years in the US Army with service in Germany, Vietnam and Ft. Bragg, NC., came to Florida for law school at Stetson College of Law in Gulfport, Fl,, and has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 1977.
Lori L. Hayes
Licensed Title Agent & Paralegal
Lori is the office paralegal who primarily handles the real estate files, from contract preparation to closing, and all in between. She also participates in estate planning documentation, probate administration, and corporate transactions. Lori has been with Mr. Schuler for 28 years, and is well qualified to assist all clients. Brittney N. Bombard
Legal Assistant
Brittney is the office legal assistant who primarily handles the estate planning documentation and probate administration files. She also assists with real estate files and corporate transactions, and handles the day to day activities that keep the office going.
